Beauty Shaker Awards' Identity

The Beauty Shaker Awards program is an internal competition that promotes innovation, quality and productivity within L'Oréal. The annual ceremony celebrates the teams and members who are shaking up the industry and elevating the brand throughout the year.
In conceptualizing this logo, the ‘B’ was not only to be shaken up, but also meant to carry a buzz around it, similar to any innovative and quality products in the industry. Also with the award recipients then being titled Beauty Shakers, allowing them to interact with the statue directly would mimic the buzzing logo and literally reinforce their new recognition.
